Post Processing FOAM Data

Programs for NetCDF conversion

FOAM can now output all of its history files in NetCDF format. But the default is still binary. There are several tools available for post processing FOAM data.

• [ccm2nc] - For converting PCCM3 history files to NetCDF. Can convert history files with different content.

• [Om32nc] - For converting Om3 binary history files to NetCDF. Content fixed.

• [Coup2nc] - For converting coupler (land, sea-ice and river) binary history files to NetCDF.
