- Blue Gene/P system with the V1R3 driver installed
- Blue Gene/P PowerPC Front End Node
- Permission to create kernel profile
- If the system has cobalt scheduler installed and its kernel profile feature is available, you need write permission to the profile directory.
- If no cobalt kernel profile feature is available, you need access permission to the service node and mmcs console.
