How to display your content

You can connect via HDMI, DVI, or VGA, or via AppleTV AirPlay. Only one method at a time is supported.

To change inputs on the TV, the "Input" button on the left hand side will cycle through the available inputs. You should only need to use HDMI 1 and HDMI 2.

(As of April 23, these instructions are current for 3178. 4172 will be updated with these features soon.)

HDMI

  • For direct connection via HDMI, ensure TV is on HDMI 1. Plug the HDMI cable from the table into your output HDMI port. The TV should autosense the output and display your image as long as it's set to HDMI 1.
  • The best resolution to use is 1080p.

DVI

  • To connect via DVI, ensure the TV is set to HDMI 1, and affix the HDMI to DVI adapter to the end of the HDMI cable from the table, and plug into your DVI output port. The TV should autosense the output and display your image as long as it's set to HDMI 1.
  • The best resolution to use is 1080p.

VGA

  • To connect via VGA, ensure the TV is set to HDMI 1, and connect the VGA connector to your VGA output port. The TV will autosense the image and display properly if set to HDMI 1.
  • The best resolution to use is 1920x1080, 60Hz.

AppleTV

  • Ensure the TV is on HDMI 2.
  • Airplay should find the AppleTV if you are connected to the ANLTCSG-Guest network. It is labeled as room 3178 or 4172 accordingly.
