Nemesis Module Status

This page details the status of each of the current nemesis modules. This should help us figure out what we can delete, what we can keep, and what needs work.

elan_module

gm_module

To be deleted eventually. For now though this module and the newgm module are needed for testing. They are the only other modules besides newtcp that completely use the newer module interface and can be tested on available hardware.

ib_module

Needs work, I don't know how much or what specifically needs to be done.

mx_module

This module uses the old module interface. It should be updated to use the new interface and the tag matching changes that we are currently working on for NewMadeleine.

newgm_module

newtcp_module

The current default module in trunk. Should possibly be renamed to tcp_module in the future. This module is in good working order and is supported.

none_module

This is a dummy module that serves as a reference implementation for new modules. It should be kept around and up-to-date.

psm_module

sctp_module

tcp_module

To be deleted in trunk. This module is completely superseded by the newtcp module in the 1.1.X development series.
