Reporting problems after the move

IT Issues

  • For issues with IT equipment (computers, printers, network) report the problem to your normal IT support.
    • In MCS, ALCF, CELS, or CI, you will report it to the MCS Help Desk at:
      • systems@mcs.anl.gov (e-mail)

      • Open Office 2E15 (in person)
    • In CIS, you will report it to the CIS Help Desk at:
      • help@anl.gov (e-mail)
      • 630-252-9999 (phone)

Telephone Issues

Any questions related to your telephone services and your move to Bldg 240 can be directed to John Whennen (2-2727 or JWhennen@anl.gov) or Ann Montefinese (2-2728 or amontefinese@anl.gov). Their new Building 240 office location will be room 2114.

Anything else

  • Use the form provided on your desk in TCS to report issues with furniture, items moved, missing items, etc.
