Linear Programming for PCs

LP88 is a general purpose system for solving linear programs with up to 3000 constraints, 15000 variables, and 64000 nonzeros.

LP88 is a compiled Turbo Pascal program that employs the revised simplex algorithm within a state-of-the-art code to provide a fast and efficient linear programming system for the IBM PC. It can read and write to Lotus/Symphony spreadsheets.

LP88 runs on IBM PC, AT, 386, 486 and compatibles

BLP88 is a general purpose linear programming system designed for problems in which many of the variables are restricted in value by simple upper and/or lower bounds. The underlying algorithm is the simplex method with upper bound substitutions. It can handle problems with up to 2500 rows, 12500 columns, and 64000 nonzeros.

BLP88 runs on IBM PC, AT, 386, 486 and compatibles with co-processor The code can read and write to Lotus/Symphony-speadsheet files
