Services the MCS Systems Group provides

Unless otherwise noted, you request the following services by sending mail to systems@mcs.anl.gov.

  • Subversion: We can host your subversion repository. Users need MCS accounts to commit code.
  • Trac: We can host a trac site. Same rules as Subversion. Trac users can also have a mail gateway put in place for their trouble tickets.
  • Wikis: We can provide a MediaWiki installation.
  • Blog: We host a Wordpress server at http://press.mcs.anl.gov.
  • Trouble Ticket system: We can provide a trouble ticket queue in RT (Request Tracker). Trac users can also have a mail gateway put in place for their trouble tickets.
  • Provide a MySQL or PostgreSQL Database
